Teaching Style: Creative and accessible. I try to incorporate at least one new pose each time I teach. It not only keeps my brain going but it keeps my students on their toes! I love how adaptable apparatus Pilates can be. I offer as many variations as I can to each exercise so everybody who comes into my class feels like they are getting the most out of our time together.

Teaching Style: Calm. Strong. Intentional.
I love sequencing and finding a flow that is intentional that prepares clients for what’s next and feels good (at least after!).
I teach with a calm and focused approach to challenging and intense movements to help my clients feel strong physically and mentally.
I try to support everyone to do whatever their best is on that day, and I love making clients awkwardly laugh when things get uncomfortable!

Teaching Style: Thoughtful and energetic: in all of my classes that I plan I put a lot of time into the sequences that I teach. I always want it to be new, challenging, and not predictable. As a student I always found that a class with unique sequences that I hadn’t done before always left me feeling inspired- and kept me on my toes! so I try to do the same when I teach now. Overall, I am a more energetic instructor, I have a ball teaching and I hope that vibe is contagious to my students!
