Jaclyn Forrester has enjoyed movement and biomechanics since she was a teenager. She studied Exercise, Sport, Health and Education in college. After graduation she found that she was searching for additional skills and information to help her clients. She found Pilates was applicable to a wide range of clients, pre and post injury, post natal, general strength, breath work and posture. Jaclyn dove into practice. She was trained in mat and reformer through STOTT Pilates in 2008. The mind body practice led Jaclyn to study yoga as well. She completed RYT 200 in 2012. In 2016 Jaclyn was accepted into the Balanced Body Pilates Master teacher training program. In January of 2017, she completed the training and will begin offering Pilates teacher training courses at the studio.
