We love a smoothie to start the day. This recipe is a mix of veggies and fruit and we promise it tastes delicious! Another versatile recipe – feel free to switch out the nut butter, milk, greens and protein powder.
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup frozen blueberries
3-4 large handfuls of spinach
2 tbsp cashew butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
dash of cinnamon
Optional – Protein Powder
• Place all ingredients in a blender.
• Blend until smooth and enjoy! Serves two.
