MAT PILATES CLASSES

Mat Pilates offers a profound connection to your movements, utilizing only your body and a few simple props. This practice engages your muscles in unique ways, distinct from the experience on a reformer or other equipment. Through Mat Pilates, you become innately aware and fully in tune with your body.

If you are a beginner we recommend starting with a Move Mat Pilates class first.

Modifications and Amplifications will be provided. Late cancel policy is 10 hours prior to the class start time. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled for class. We offer a five minute grace period but do strongly recommend early arrival.

Endurance Mat Pilates class is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to go beyond traditional Pilates, focusing on muscle hypertrophy, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance to leave you feeling strong and invigorated. Niche instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that strengthen your entire body, elevate your heart rate, and increase your overall endurance. You can expect intentional fast paced transitions and energizing Pilates based movements. This class will transform your strength and stamina.
