MOST NEW CLIENTS WANT TO KNOW WHERE TO START. OUR RECOMMENDATION IS TO BEGIN BY DECIDING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN GROUP CLASSES OR PRIVATE SESSIONS.
New Clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to class. New clients that are not on time to class will not be allowed to enter the class due to safety. All new client classes and packages expire 30 days after purchase.

YES! We recommend starting with a Beginner class or an Align class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class, your instructor and our Client Experience Team will get you set up for success.

We recommend wearing longer length athletic pants or leggings and an athletic t-shirt or tank top. Instructors can see form in alignment the best in form fitted clothing

Pilates Gym is a 50 minute self guided (no instructor) session in our space and with access to our equipment (the Reformer + Props). We have on-demand classes for you to follow along to via our ipads, please just bring headphones.

The easiest way to schedule a class is by using the schedule page on our website OR downloading Niche Pilates Studio phone App by BSPORT. You will need to log in or create an account to get started.

If you are coming to a Mat Pilates class we have mats for you but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class or private session. Note that we do not allow new clients to enter a class if the class has started.
